@ndungu if you sole me land to buid up a server farm, i would buy it cause thats just genius. Its like selling land in the driest parts of isiolo with the tag line
"PRIME SOLAR POWER PLANT land for sale"

I think its OK to give us some heads up if land is being sold somewhere (as OT).

We bought some land somewhere, where apparently almost all our neighbors are colleagues, or engineers etc - That should be a fun estate in future. 

After all, mabbe someone is so busy, they forgot to buy land, and meanwhile, prices are never dropping, they are always rising 

:-)
