Had similar problem last week untill yesterday when they came and moved my outdoor unit to the other side of the building of which i had to hastle with the support team for nearly 3 days before they could dispatch there guyz to my office.... luckily i have NET@HOME on standby incase they pull my last nerve.

Anyway, so I am now shopping for a new ISP.  Does anyone have any recommendations?  I need an ISP which is STABLE - I don't care for very fast speeds as much as I care for stable reliable service.  Does an ISP like this exist in Kenya?  Where I can get 99.9% (or close) uptime guarantee (at the advertised speeds)?
