[Skunkworks] Reserving your number on Zain

Just came accross this:
 According to this page, you can reserve a Zain number but the question is, must I use a Zain line to reserve the number? I tried using my safcon line but apparently the 125 shortcode is reserved for the bonga points thing on safcon. Anyone used this before?
