It's back now. But the customer care line never works.

But the worst part - the wait time is not reducing. It's constant at "more than 5 minutes". Maybe even the IVR is also stuck? Remember those vinyl records of yester-years?
I am luck to have Queen Bee line as backup.

Is everybody experiencing connection problems (at this time - 2200 -> ....) with Orange or is it just me??
