Hi Wash as for shortcodes you have to be licensed PRSP to operate them (though it is possible to terminate them differently) hence under normal conditions if u receive such a message on your safcom then they must be aware of the originator. I guess you have to engage their customer care for more on the specfic source ie internal or external.

That was the original question. I received a text from that number to my Safcom line.
I think maybe that number is not real, perhaps they use those applications which enable them to change the sender identity.
