Our capacity is 256 both up and down and the building has a fiber station
where we source from.

At times the speeds are generous say two to four days a month(like someone
forgot to check the traffic), and we get up to 600-800kbps(oh happy days).
Then, back to the bad days of 9-18-28kbps max.
